Welcome to the NUSHAGAK, The Pristine Alaskan Wilderness. We invite you to come view the Eagles, Moose, Caribou and Fish the Nushagak. The Nushagak River has all 5 of the Salmon species including large Rainbow, Artic Char, Grayling and Northern Pike. The Nushagak River has a limited number of camps separated by miles of scenic river. We live and breath the wild outdoor adventures on the Nushagak. Our Guided Trips: Your guide is prepared to customize your fishing experience including meals and fishing schedule. We will provide all fishing gear (lamiglas poles) and bait. We will fish with Quick Fish or cured eggs on spin-n-glow lures we hand tie. We always want the best for our clients and we will make every effort to ensure that your fishing experience is excellent. Nushagak Wilderness Lodge offers the best king salmon fishing in Alaska. All fish cleaning and filleting, vacuum packing, and freezing is provided by the staff.

Our Unguided Trips: We provide lodging, access to cooking facility, and a jet boat which accommodates up to 4 people. We will advice and instruct you on equipment use and methods of fishing. First time clients are given extra attention and instruction to prepare them to be successful. Our kitchen is available to cook your own food, The kitchen is stocked with cooking pots, plates, silverware, etc. For an additional fee you can have your meals prepared or provided.
