How to install the new Scotty Downrigger Locks.

3130 Downrigger Lock	3131 Swivel Mount Lock

Instructions for Proper installation of a locking kit for the 1105 Downrigger and a 1026 Pedestal Swivel Mount

Start by removing one of the Swivel Base retaining bolts.

Lay the mount bolt bracket over the hole and reinsert the mount base bolt and tighten.

Place the lock over the post and lock with key provided.

Swivel base retaining nut is now locked into swivel base. Place protective rubber cover over lock.

Remove old cross bolt pin from Downrigger and replace with new locking bolt.

Thread new cross bolt pin into downrigger tilt base.

Insert lock onto end of cross bolt pin and lock with key provided. Place rubber cover and end of lock and you have competed installation of the protective devices.

Downrigger and swivel base are now completely locked to boat.

1025 Right Angle Side Gunnel Mount	3132 Right Angle Gunnel Mount Lock

If you use a 1025 Right Angle Side Gunnel Mount on you're boat you will also need a 3132 right angle mount lock.
